English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The commission of Party B shall be settled monthly based on Party A’s pricing policy. Party A shall pay the commission to Party B within thirty to forty days from the last day of each settlement month, and the payment shall be by means of offsetting Party B’s payment for the Products

"the payment shall be by means of offsetting Party B’s payment for the Products" means: this means Party A will not give money to Party B to pay the commission as prescribed in the contract, the commission owed by Party A to Party B will be paid by offsetting Party B’s debt for the goods purchased from Party A.
