Notunuzu simdi gordum, yalnızca açılımı sorduğunuzu düşünmüştüm, bence saha sargı bezi olarak çevrilebilir çünkü bu sekilde satılan kitler var normal sargı bezinden biraz daha farklı. Ilk yardım sargı bezi de olabilir.
