Acte est demandé que

French to English Law/Patents Law (general) Plaintiff party pleadings
I am translating the pleadings/submissions of a plaintiff party and one phrase that occurs a couple of times at the beginning of a paragraph is: 'Acte est demandé que' - does anyone have any idea of the best way to translate this?

Here is an example from the text:

"Acte est demandé que la demanderesse maintient, elle aussi, ses conclusions antérieurement prises lesquelles ne sont en aucun façon démenties par les développements adverses."

The text is from a Luxembourg case.

prerequisite, terms or conditions, which the plaintiff asked
disagree B D Finch : That appears to be an inaccurate guess and "may be" is not adequate support for a legal context where getting it wrong could have serious consequences.
