My feeling is that "Vice President of" and pompous titles in that direction are a bit over the top. This is probably a small company (Mittelstand in German). I would just call it "Head of". As for Standbau, I think I would prefer "design and construction" over only "construction" as the construction of an exhibition stand is usually only a part and the last stage of what I understand "Standbau" to be. Standbau for me includes the planning, design and construction of an exhibition stand. Hope that helps.

I think Bereichsleitung Standbau can be most accurately described in English as Department Manager of Exhibition Booth Design. Considering the context we are speaking of here I think the -bau part of Standbau is best translated into English not on a 1-1 basis but rather in a subject-oriented basis, so I think instead of the word 'construction', I find 'design' more suitable.
