I am currently translating a Property Appraisal Report for a town house and find the above phrase mentioned as a sub-heading of the report together with "Identificazione Catastale" and other similar sub-headings. Is it translated as "Consistence" or "Composition" or what???

Composition/Description (of the Property)
You could use some formulation of this, or "Property Comprises...etc." Or you could use "Real Estate" instead of "property," such as "description of real estate." Buon lavoro!
