Tom, your Wikipedia reference is just about a Philips screw and as far as I can see says nothing about cylindrical. You can have a Philips (cross) on a square head screw or many other kinds.
Also, methinks the top may be flat but can't be cylindrical, the side are cylindrical rather than hex, flat or square, see
