Italian term

al MO assenza di GR

Italian to English Medical Medical (general) MO
This is from a report on blood and urine tests;

It presumably indicates the absence of red blood cells on 'MO'. I just can't think what 'MO' stands for. Can anyone help me out?
Thanks

Rhabdomyolysis
The diagnosis is supported by a urine test strip which is positive for "blood" but the urine contains no red blood cells when examined with a microscope.
Note from asker:
That sounds like a distinct possibility - thanks

Midollo Osseo

Not having the context, I can merely guess this might be the term could well be Midollo Osseo...
Example sentence:

neutral Joseph Tein : Please think about whether a urinalysis examines bone marrow.
