Is it PRE or PRO? I guess the abbreviations can stand for "ACCETTAZIONE PRONTO SOCCORSO"

I'm going to go with "accertamento pre-soccorso", given the acronym "1V" that follows.
I think that stands for "1 verde" - code green, trauma, the assessment made by ambulance staff treating the patient prior to bringing them to the ER if necessary.
There might be another way of phrasing it, but I think this is what's meant.
