Even smaller! Give or take a few millimetres, the single (whole) format is A3 (not used to my knowledge, it's just the reference size), which means un cuarto is A5 and un octavo is A6.

Thanks, Alex, that makes sense. What about "1/4"? I assume it's something similar to A4. There are others referred to as "octavo", which look smaller (~A5?).

The natural format means it is vertically orientated, with the horizontal being called apaisado.

Unfortunately, that link you posted to the UK Amazon page is a poor translation: in the three bullet-point product description, "cuarto natural" is translated as "natural room", when it clearly refers to the fraction "1/4", presumably some kind of measurement in Spanish paper terminology. Right after that, it reads "easy" where the original Spanish reads "sencillo".

I agree with Alex, on the very same Amazon Spain page there are other invoice books from the same company, with the same format, only "duplicado" and "triplicado.

This describes a software template, not necessarily equatable with paper format. In this case it is translatable to a simple invoice (as in not a complicated design, or not easy to fill-in and/or use), particularly as backed-up by the follow-through link http://obedalvarado.pw/simple-invoice/ .<p>However, I don't think this is a good source for backing up the term for the paper format product in the OP; usage is different. Paper format has single-sheet, duplicate, triplicate etc. that doesn't exist as such for SW invoices (again, it's a different format).<p>

There's nothing in this link in reference to whether it's single-sheet or simple, just that it's a book. I don't think that's in discussion?
