Spanish term or phrase: Talonario de facturas sencillo
Hi all,

I'm translating web pages on a retail site from Spanish (Spain) into British English and am having trouble with a product description relating to an invoice/bill book.

Here is a link to the product in question: https://www.amazon.es/dp/B01IDCTEU8.

Is it simply a "single-sheet invoice book"?

Many thanks!

Single-Sheet Invoice Book
Explanation:
In this case "sencillo" word refers to one quantity of something and opposed to "doble". So , it means an invoice of one sheet (no copies offered)

Success!!

agree  Taña Dalglish: Yep! I think that will do. https://www.proz.com/kudoz/english_to_spanish/law_patents/11... I am not convinced that it is anything but a "simple" invoice: https://obedalvarado.pw/blog/formato-de-factura-simple-con-e... easy usage.

neutral  Alex Ossa: I don't think that's quite enough to support a 'simple' invoice, as it refers to a single sheet invoice, as BabelWorld explained - it could just be a poor translation. //EDIT: I submitted a discussion post on those links.

agree  neilmac: This appeared in a text I was translating this morning and I'm pretty convinced that "simple invoice" was the right choice. I also think it's a PRO-level query.

They are usually referred to as pads in the USA. It is really unusual to see single sheets, because a copy is almost always desirable.
