PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is dated November 9, 2012, by and between Jerome
Anthony LeMieux (“Jerry”) and Nanthana Mithiang (“Nanthana”). This Agreement is effective,
if and only if, Jerry and Nanthana become legally married.
RECITALS
A. Jerry and Nanthana are contemplating marriage. They plan to be married within
ninety days from the date hereof.
B. Jerry has two adult children. His son is Jerome Anthony LeMieux, III, born on
June 20, 1984. His daughter Angela Kay LeMieux was born on October 10,
1982.
C. Nanthana has no children.

E. Nanthana is the owner of property set forth and described on Exhibit “B”

F. The parties intent and purpose in entering into this Agreement is to define the

By suitability of technical standard for digital terrestrial television signal receive, to make people can use digital television effectively, good standard, and quality by up-to-dated technologies. It also protects the consumers’ right and benefits overall industrial sector.
According to Article 27 paragraph 1 (10) and (24) and article 37 of Frequency Allocation and Radio television and Telecommunication Provision Organization Act 2010, as an act that has some regulations relevance to right and freedom restriction, so article 29 with article 35, article 36, article 41, article 43, article 45, article 46, article 47, article 61, and article 64 of the Constitution of Kingdom of Thailand determine that can be regulated by legal authority. Accordingly, National broadcasting and telecommunications commission regulated technical standard for digital terrestrial television signal receiver as details in Standard number NBTC MOI XXXX-2012 attached this announcement.
This announcement will be enforced on following day since published in Royal Gazette.
