Co.,Ltd. and ………………… Co.,Ltd. to be proper with efficiency and security and be able to use to support the work proceedings to gain the maximum benefit.
From the research and analysis of ………………… Co.,Ltd. and ………………… Co.,Ltd. regarding to the information risk, there are various types of risk which may be harmful to the information technology system as follows:
1. The technical risk which is derived from the computer system, the equipment and devices or being attacked by the virus or the malicious program. Also it may be agitated by the hacker and being hacked to destroy the system by the cracker, etc.
2. The risk which is derived from the officers. It may be the risk caused by the work proceedings or the improper prioritizing for the authorization to access into the information as it may not be accordant with the information usage or service. The user may access into the information system or use the varied kinds of the information more than the authorization granted and that may cause the damage to it.
3. The risk from the calamity or the emergency situation which is derived from the natural disaster or the critical situation that causes the severe damage toward the information. For example; the electric current breakdown, the flood, the fire, the collapse of building, the sit-in or the domestic unrest situation, etc.
4. The management risk, which is the risk derived from the management policy that may cause the effect toward the information conduct.
