I was in the process of applying to a company and they asked me to do a transcription test. It was a minute long and I decided I'd do it. They later said there were some issues and asked me to do another which I wasn't comfortable with but I thought I'd at least see how long it was. When they sent me the second test it was a forwarded message with someone else's full name and their email address. I was surprised they were this relaxed with another person's private information. It happened a couple of times (rarely) to me, and they eventually turned out not to be good clients in many other ways as well.
