Problem with installing catscradle

I cannot install properly catscradle on my computer. I already tried
several times. Of course, every times I remove the program and the files of it.

I can download it in C:\downloads. But what after? I install it in E:\programs, I can open catscradle but I cannot use it. Every time I try with a webpage, it says "not found".

Is there someone which could help me privately checking what I do wrong?

There are some programs that "do not like" to be installed other than in C : \ Program Files .
I have it installed there, so I don't know if this might be the case.
If you go to the menu File-Open Web Page and then look for the folder where you have the pages to translate, they should open no problem.
