Hi,



I received from a client an attachment named xxx.jsd which I couldn\'t open. I have no idea what is jsd and what software I need to open it.

I think your client scanned the document with Hewlett-Packard printer/scanner (LJ3100 or something like that) using Jetsuite software.

You can download this software here:

http://www.micstr.com/download.htm



In case you use Win9x you need \"HP LaserJet 3100 JetSuite Pro v1.1 Windows 95\", otherwise please choose the version for your OS.

Sorry, I fand it in French, it is vocal, I think, you can open the file with the Media Player.

Natalia is right. It can be an JetSuite document(E-Fax) too.
