I don't mind people disagreeing, and always welcome constructive comments.

What people need to remember, though, is that it is possible to disagree without being disagreeable, and this is often overlooked on Kudoz, unfortunately.

When people set out to hurt their fellow forum members, it makes me wonder what their customer service is like.
