Dear Kristel,
I am not an expert, but I once worked with a client using Deja Vu.
If you can get the file in xlf format from your client, you can open it in MemoQ. After you complete your translation, you can send the translated file again in xlf format by selecting export (dialog). I hope this would work for you too.
