Estimate for interpretation assignment/direct client

I am being offered a prospective interetation & technical assistance job during an important machinery and installation major repair. The assignment will be for sixteen (16) running days, Saturdays and Sundays including and for sixteen (16)hours/day. This is a direct client and they asked me to give my best pricing estimate for this job.So my query is how you would charge for that job? Long hours, overtime, weekends etc.

All esteemed colleages suggestions will be welcomed.

16 hours a day is extremely excessive for interpreting as far as I know!
