Trados QuickInfo plug in is not working for me

I just downloaded it and it's not working. It' showing in my installed plug-ins list (Welcome scree ---SDL plugin management), so I know that it's installed. I work with Trados Studio 2019

Perhaps I'm not understanding how to use this? My understanding is that you're supposed to click on ''Tell me what you want to do'' at the top left corner of the screen, then type @info followed by the information you're searching for.
