Dear Mac users,
There have been reports of a bug with WFP3 on El Capitan. All of the glossary and TM check boxes are blacked out so you can't really see what is checked and what isn't :-/ You can however still select/deselect TMs and glossaries.
Developers are working on an urgent fix and we'll keep you posted!
Sorry for any inconvenience,
John

The fact is that yes you can get it to work and select TMs, Projects, and what not but it asked me to re-install an old version of Java so EVERYTHING is very SLOW! Every time I click on something, the little wheel spins for 10 or 15 seconds before executing the command, or edition, or selection, or whatever. You guys were slow on the uptake on this.

Someone mentioned that the Google file share is not very intuitive. Please see the following image which shows you what to click on to download: http://screencast.com/t/bVy2N63dBK5K
You do not have to wait for it to finish "Loading…" and do not click on Wordfast.app that appears in the white box once it is done loading.

So do you still need the old Java version with this as well?
The Mac version of Wordfast Pro 4 works fine with the latest Java 8. Wordfast Pro 3, OTOH, still requires the older Java 6. On Windows, there’s a workaround that allows you to ditch Java 6 and force Wordfast Pro 3 to use Java 8, but I haven’t been able to do something similar on Mac. This link claims it is possible to "trick applications into thinking Java 6 is installed", but it didn’t manage to trick Wordfast Pro 3 (or at least I couldn’t do it).
