I have some feedback that could potentially enhance the Wordfast Pro tool in certain areas. What is the quickest and most convenient way to contact its team?

It is difficult to submit bugs and feature requests for Wordfast Pro. If you visit their website, might get the distinct impression that they prefer not to receive bug reports and feature requests. Perhaps they use focus groups for this instead, who knows? However, all is not lost:
