The set-up fee is a one-off club payment that is taken by the club when a subscription is created (irrespective of start date).
This is an optional fee, which can be used for all recurring Payment Products.
EXAMPLE
Senior Membership £40 per month.
Set-up fee £10.
Start date 01-01-2014
Users that subscribe to the Product before the start date will pay £10 straight away, then the first payment of £40 will be taken on the start date.
Users that subscribe to the Product on or after the start date will pay both the set-up fee and the first payment.
