Er schwieg auf eine Weise, die mich nach innen zog, in einen fast meditationsähnlichen Zustand. Er schwieg auf eine Weise, die jedes Wort überflüssig machte und keine Fragen aufwarf und mit einer Stille, die alles umfasste, die zeitlos war und schön. Der Mond, von grauen Wolken malerisch in Szene gesetzt, schien sanft auf die wunderbare Landschaft, sein silbriges Licht spiegelte sich im Wasser. Die ausladenden Äste des alten Baumes schufen uns ein Nest, und ihr Duft hüllte uns ein in eine Atmosphäre, die seiner Seele entsprach. In diesen Minuten konnte ich Michael voll auf mich wirken lassen und was ich dabei spürte, war kaum mit Worten zu beschreiben. Und es war kaum zu ertragen.
