Problems downloading Softitler program

Hi,

I've been trying for two days now to download Softitler updates from their site, adherently following their tech support instructions. I use no firewall.
Anyone else had this problem, and\or managed to solve it?

Same problem Jul 29, 2007

Hi Maya,

I had the same problem last June, and after about one week I was able to download the updates, all of a sudden.
I have had the same problem since last Friday. No idea how to solve it. Do you?
