Hi,

I am using Trados 2021, with new service pack installed, and today after I uploaded a new project, at Cloud-based resources I do not have any pair language. I am not sure what the problem might be, this is the first time it is happening.

Log out / log in Feb 13, 2022

Try to log out using your name icon in the upper right corner of Trados. Then log in and see if it worked.

Half way through translating a huge file the Language Cloud access has disappeared. Is it possible that everyone's subscription expired at the same time?

Free characters used up Feb 14, 2022

I haven't used it for along time and but I just got a message that I've used up my free characters. Something is up.

EDIT: I found my usage breakdown, it turns out I used 50K characters in February. I set it as a resource for fuzzy match repair a month ago or so. That's why I use so many characters.
